Young Eagles offers children and young people meaningful spare time at a low cost or no cost at all. Our members get the opportunity to learn how to influence: in our organization, in our society and internationally. As a member you can participate in our activities or start activities yourself. We work to ensure that all children and young people receive a fair distribution of society's resources, for example through an equivalent school. All children and young people should be given the same opportunities, regardless of background, place of residence or financial situation. In Young Eagle's Children's Manifesto, we present proposals in nine different areas that we believe will make society better and more equal for children.
We share the basic values of the labor movement about everyone’s equal value, democracy, equality and solidarity. Young Eagles are religiously and party-politically unbound. Young Eagles work actively with the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child and are always on the children’s side. We shed light on the perspectives of children and young people, make their voices heard and advocate for issues that are important to them.
